  • Uniform thickening or beading of the bronchovascular core and or septa

  • Normal septa scattered and infrequent at HRCT
  • Abnormal septa may be uniformly thickened or beaded

  • Lymphangitic spread of tumor
  • Silicosis
  • IPF
  • Asbestosis
  • Scleroderma
  • Rheumatoid arthritis
  • Pulmonary edema
  • Veno-occlusive disease
  • Erdheim Chester Disease
